Licensed Massage Therapist in Washington State, USA
I was born and raised in Japan. I had a long journey of finding my profession as a Naturopathic doctor. My life-changing moment was when I overcame PCOS by changing my diet and lifestyle, but the biggest factor I found was the importance of finding authenticity in myself and knowing the real causes of my stress.
I believe finding the root cause(s) and your true self is the most important starting point to treating the whole person. It is so important to understand what is going on in your body and the reason why you are having symptoms.
I speak English and Japanese.

6 Principals of Naturopathic Medicine
The Aster is a plant belonging to the Asteraceae family. Its name, "Aster," comes from the Greek word for "star," inspired by the star-like appearance of its petals. In Japan, the Aster is called "Shion" and has been mentioned in classical literature, such as The Tale of Genji. Its light purple color, tinged with a subtle blue hue, has been cherished since ancient times.
In Japanese culture, the Aster symbolizes "recollection" and "I will never forget you," while in Western culture, it represents "patience," "femininity," and "a symbol of love."
I chose "Aster" as the name for my business to honor Japan, where I grew up and gained a deep appreciation for its culture and history. It also reflects my aspiration to embody the qualities associated with the Aster: patience and love.
