When people come to me for help, it’s often after the traditional medical approach has failed to provide lasting relief. Some are living with deep, chronic pain. Others are searching for a more holistic and compassionate path toward healing.
Many of the women I work with have spent years quietly carrying stress, exhaustion, emotional burden, and physical symptoms while continuing to care for others. Over time, the body can begin to hold these experiences through chronic tension, inflammation, fatigue, nervous system dysregulation, and persistent pain patterns.
Each person’s healing journey is unique and requires time, patience, openness, and courage. No two individuals are the same, and neither are their illnesses. That is why I tailor each treatment plan specifically to the person sitting in front of me.
I deeply believe that you know your body best, and I listen closely — collaborating with you every step of the way.
As a naturopathic doctor, my clinical focus is chronic illness, pain management, nervous system support, and women’s health. My greater mission is to help patients reconnect with their bodies and restore the mind-body connection that supports the body’s natural healing capacity.
I approach illness as the body’s way of expressing deeper imbalances, including chronic stress, emotional suppression, lifestyle patterns, nervous system overload, and environmental triggers. Through a combination of naturopathic medicine, bodywork, dietary and lifestyle support, botanical medicine, supplementation, homeopathy, and energy medicine, we begin addressing the root causes — not just the symptoms.
My hands-on therapies, including craniosacral work, lymphatic drainage, cupping, massage therapy, hydrotherapy, and energy healing, are designed to help ease physical pain, regulate the nervous system, and create a sense of safety within the body.
When the body begins to soften out of chronic stress and survival patterns, the mind and body can reconnect, allowing the body’s innate healing process to reawaken.
Chronic illness often creates a cycle between physical symptoms, stress, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation. My approach is designed to gently interrupt that cycle while supporting the whole person — physically, emotionally, mentally, and environmentally.
My philosophy is rooted in the belief that healing is always possible when the body is given the right support, safety, and compassionate care. I walk alongside my patients on that path with curiosity, presence, and deep respect for each individual healing journey.
Helping women come out of survival mode and reconnect with their vitality.
Aster Natural Medicine is an integrative clinic focused on supporting women living with chronic illness, chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, and stress-related disorders.
Many chronic conditions involve persistent pain, tension, fatigue, inflammation, and nervous system overload. Rather than treating pain as an isolated symptom, I look at the deeper patterns that may contribute to it — including chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, hormonal imbalance, inflammation, lifestyle factors, and emotional burden carried within the body over time.
The goal is not only to reduce symptoms, but to help the body feel safe enough to restore resilience, regulation, and overall quality of life.
I specialize in conditions such as:
My clinic is designed to be a calm, grounded, and supportive healing environment for women with complex chronic symptoms. I focus on root-cause, whole-person care that supports the body, nervous system, and emotional well-being — rather than short-term symptom suppression alone.
Aster Natural Medicine currently serves female patients in order to maintain a comfortable, safe, and focused therapeutic environment.
Chronic symptoms often involve more than one body system and may be influenced by long-term stress, nervous system dysregulation, immune dysfunction, hormonal imbalance, inflammation, and lifestyle factors.
These patterns frequently interact and reinforce one another over time, making chronic illness complex and deeply individual.
At Aster Natural Medicine, I focus on gentle, root-cause-oriented care that supports the body, nervous system, and the body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance.
How I Work:
My treatment approach is individualized and designed to support long-term healing rather than short-term symptom suppression.
Hands-on therapies, including craniosacral therapy and other gentle body-based treatments, are provided only when medically appropriate and as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
Depending on each patient’s unique needs, treatment plans may include:
My clinic does not offer massage or bodywork as a stand-alone relaxation service.
All hands-on therapies are incorporated into individualized medical treatment plans intended to support long-term healing, regulation, and overall well-being.

6 Principals of Naturopathic Medicine
The Aster is a plant belonging to the Asteraceae family. Its name, "Aster," comes from the Greek word for "star," inspired by the star-like appearance of its petals. In Japan, the Aster is called "Shion" and has been mentioned in classical literature, such as The Tale of Genji. Its light purple color, tinged with a subtle blue hue, has been cherished since ancient times.
In Japanese culture, the Aster symbolizes "recollection" and "I will never forget you," while in Western culture, it represents "patience," and "a symbol of love."
I chose "Aster" as the name for my business to honor Japan, where I grew up and gained a deep appreciation for its culture and history. It also reflects my aspiration to embody the qualities associated with the Aster: patience and love.
