What to expect in our sessions
The first session: 75 - 90 minutes
The initial session involves a comprehensive examination of both physical and mental health to uncover the origins of the individual's condition. Creating a secure and supportive environment is essential for the body's healing process. I incorporate a trauma-informed care approach.
Additionally, I will introduce some therapeutic bodywork to your upper back, lower back, or abdominal area if time allows.
Follow-Up Visits: 60 minutes or 90 minutes
In our follow-up sessions, we will incorporate hands-on therapy. I employ a whole-body approach, so our sessions include upper and lower body work, as well as abdominal release before progressing to the pelvic floor.
For pelvic floor release, I offer both external and internal approaches, and each patient can communicate their comfort level to me.
This may be complemented by introducing botanical herbs or homeopathic remedies for your conditions.
